What are therapy sessions like?

For the best possible progress and treatment effectiveness, a minimum of one session per week is essential. After considerable progress is made, sessions are reduced to every 2-3 weeks until goals are consistently maintained and your issues have been resolved. The goal is to resolve the issues as quickly as possible. The average amount of sessions is 25-30, depending on the intensity and complexity of issues.

How do I make an appointment?

You may go to the Contact Me link and choose from the options: phone, email or directly through the website link. My private and confidential phone line (818-618-8830) is available 24 hrs a day. All methods of contact will be returned within 48 hrs (Monday-Friday).

What appointment times do you offer?

Sessions are available from 9 a.m. till 8:30 p.m.

What are your fees?

You are responsible for payment of your session of which can be made by either cash, credit card, or check at the beginning of each session. You can be provided with a superbill to use for possible insurance reimbursement. 

How long are the sessions?

Sessions last 45-50 minutes. Longer sessions can be arranged upon request.

What ages do you treat?

I treat individuals between the ages of ten and up.

What type of services do you offer?

Individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, psychological testing/assessments, consultation, telehealth (video conferencing). Personalized On-site services, house calls, office, movie set, music studio.

Do you work with psychiatrists?

Yes. I have a working relationship with several psychiatrists in the San Fernando Valley and in Los Angeles, California.

Where are your offices located?

The office is located in Woodland Hills, California. The office is readily freeway accessible.
